Rodney, also known as Toon, has been missing since November 2023, following the passing of his grandmother. The last time anyone heard from him was when he made arrangements for her cremation, and he appeared to be struggling with addiction. Rodney is known to frequent areas such as Alma, Mount Pleasant, Edmore, Vestaburg, and Riverdale, often in the company of the same group of people. It has now been a year without any contact, and the family is desperate to confirm he is safe. He has a tattoo on the back of his neck that reads "Toon."
