Case Report

Ryan Donald Hoskins, a 39-year-old male resident of Jacksonville, Texas, has been reported missing since November 25, 2022. According to officials and family members, Hoskins was last seen leaving a residence on Fulton St. in Jacksonville following a dispute with his girlfriend. He departed from the location in a white 2000-ish Chevy Suburban, which was later discovered abandoned on County Road 4405.

At the time of his disappearance, Hoskins was dressed in jeans, a white shirt, a hoodie, a hat, and tennis shoes. He has several distinguishing tattoos, including a heart organ on his chest, a devil and an angel on his arm/shoulder area, the phrase "never give up" on his left forearm, and a Psalm Bible verse on his upper right arm on the inside muscle.

Despite extensive efforts by law enforcement and the community, Mr. Hoskins remains missing. The family of Ryan Donald Hoskins has increased the reward for information leading to his whereabouts to $2,500. They have also offered a reward for the arrest and conviction of any individual(s) responsible for his disappearance.

We've marked the map where he was last seen and the road his vehicle was found. The family has a small Facebook group posting content about Ryan every month.

Possible Reasons for Disappearance

  1. Voluntary Disappearance: Hoskins may have chosen to leave voluntarily due to personal reasons or to escape from the situation he was facing, such as the dispute with his girlfriend.
  2. Intentional Isolation: Hoskins could have intentionally isolated himself from his family and community for personal reasons, possibly due to emotional distress or mental health issues.
  3. Accident or Injury: It's conceivable that Hoskins may have encountered an accident or sustained an injury while traveling in the white Chevy Suburban, leading to his disappearance. If injured severely, he may not have been able to seek help.
  4. Foul Play: Given the circumstances surrounding his disappearance, including the abandoned vehicle and the altercation with his girlfriend, foul play cannot be ruled out. It's possible that he may have encountered someone who harmed him or forced him to disappear.
