Ryan Staggs is the owner of the new closed, Happy Motors in Newport, Oregon. He was last seen on January 31, 2022. Prior to his disappearance, on 08-08-2021, Staggs had been shot in the face while sleeping in his house by an unknown assailant. He survived the attack. It is unknown if his disappearance is related to the shooting. Staggs’ vehicle was missing at the same time and later recovered and sold at auction. He has not been seen or heard from since.
