The Carroll County Sheriff's Office says there was a history of domestic violence between Tolbert and her ex-husband, Jerimmie. However, the last report was filed in November 2022. On March 7, deputies responded to an address on Tyus Carrollton Road in reference to a suicide. Jerimmie was located with a fatal self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to the sheriff's office. Investigators do not believe the missing woman is traveling in a car or has a phone.she had an ex husband who wouldn't leave her alone. He started staying with the girl he cheated with who was a meth addict and he got addicted as well. He would return to Samantha's house and beat on her regularly. When she went missing she had no purse, the only thing that was missing was her cell phone but by the time they got the police to try to find her it was no on. Either dead or broke we are unsure. The police got a phone call from the meth girl and she said the Ex husband, his name is Jeremie, he just walked outside and shot himself in the head. Everyone had already assumed he took her since she didn't have a car with her or keys. She was last seen at a little convenient store on a backroom in Alabama. We live right on the line between Georgia and Alabama.
