Sara Nicole Castillo, a 17-year-old diagnosed with severe autism, was last seen by her family on August 9 near the 5400 block of Zelzah Avenue in Encino. She was reported missing around 2 a.m. on August 10 when her family realized she was no longer in the house. Sara later texted her father, stating that she had gone out for some air but had become lost and couldn't find her way back home.

She was last seen wearing a gray floral-patterned shirt, gray shorts, and pink sandals.

As of March 21st, 2025 it is unknown if she has been found or not.
