Scott was last seen between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. in his hometown of St. Charles, Missouri. He left his home on Leverenz Drive and was walking down Ken Drive toward West Adams. That day, a severe thunderstorm swept through the area. Witnesses saw Scott both before and after the storm, but he was never seen again. Bloodhounds tracked his scent for five miles northeast on Fox Hill Road before losing the trail. Despite extensive searches of tunnels, caves, and streams, no trace of him was found. Scott is a Caucasian male with brown hair and blue eyes. He has three small moles on his face, a scar on his chin, and freckles across his nose. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black “Rude Dog†t-shirt, khaki pants, and red and black high-top sneakers.
