Police confirm that Sean Michael Hinz was reported missing on Oct. 8, 2023, after he was last seen in downtown Miami.
According to authorities, detectives obtained surveillance video that shows Hinz walking north on the eastside sidewalk of Northeast Eighth Street and Biscayne Boulevard at 4:28 a.m. on Oct. 8, 2023.
Police said he was walking towards Maurice Ferre Park and the Frost Museum area. He has not been seen or heard from since.
At the time, he was wearing a dark green UM shirt and black basketball shorts.
