Police believe he is in imminent danger. Sean Mikale Shugarts has been missing since Friday, Oct. 25, from an address at the corner of Wyoming Street and South Monumental Street on the East Side. He has a diagnosed medical condition, is right-handed, has a Led Zepplin tattoo on his right arm, a skull tattoo on his stomach, and the word "Daytona" on his right wrist. He was last seen wearing jeans, no shirt, and no shoes.
