Last seen on June 21, 2024, Shane was jumping from a moving vehicle on Route 6 near Shores Sister Farm Market in Wysox/Towanda, PA. He was experiencing a psychotic episode due to medications from the facility he was in, which interacted and caused hallucinations and other side effects. He was not in a lucid state of mind at the time and was saying things like 'I have to go be with God now' before jumping from the vehicle.
