Last seen at Irvine Spectrum around 12:20am on September 8th. He has a buzz haircut, with reddish/blond hair, and blue eyes. He was wearing a black jacket, a camo bandana, Bass Pro Hat, and dark pants. He had a motorcycle helmet with him, and a white T-Shirt.
