Cain was last seen on July 7, 2023 at 9:00 AM when she arrived at the complainants residence to pick up her son for a Dr's appointment. The son was returned at an unknown time and no one has been able to establish contact since. It should noted that Cain is homeless and sleeps in her car. Her car is described as a Black Chevrolet Impala with Arkansas license plate #MSADCH.  She does have several tattoos which include hearts on the back her arms. She has piercings on her nose and ears.
