Tara Hitte was known to live in the Middletown and Hamilton areas of Ohio. She was last seen at Safe on Main in Lebanon, Ohio. Prior to that, she was at the Laurels of Middletown nursing home, where she was receiving antibiotics. Tara left Safe on Main with a friend and has not been seen or heard from since. She was an active user of Facebook and other social media platforms, but she has not accessed any of her accounts since April 2024. She is described to have brown hair and blue eyes although she is known to wear wigs.
