Terry Lamar Hobbs was last seen on April 13, 2019. He was taken to Wewahitchka FL to Dollar General, then returned to Kinard to a friend's house by some family members. Later that day Hobbs and several others went to Creek Stop Convenience store in Gulf County. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, black, white and red tennis shoes, dark gray shirt (later recovered and turned to over to law enforcement). He has 3 distinctive scars from a rib removal and many tattoos including a snake on his right arm and a spider web with lightning bolts on lower left arm. He is described to have gray hair and blue eyes.
