Tommy left his parents' home in NE Cape Coral, FL, where he also resides, riding a blue bicycle and carrying a backpack with clothing for a day or two. While it's not uncommon for him to be away for a few days, it is unusual for him to go over a week without any contact. He left all of his other belongings at his parents' house. Tommy does not have a valid driver's license. He has experience working in restaurants as a cook, mold removal and remediation, pressure washing, and various handyman jobs. He is known to frequent homeless camps in North Fort Myers and North Cape Coral.
