12 years old at the time, she was last seen entering a vehicle near her home. Witnesses described the vehicle as either a red convertible or a light blue two-door Chevrolet Impala, with a license plate number starting with GH and ending with 22. At that time, she was a 6th grader attending Governor Thomas Johnson Middle School and lived on North Bentz Street. Her mother slept in the living room for almost 20 years, just in case she came home, until the apartments were demolished in 2005.
