Tiffany was last seen wearing a white sweatshirt with Aspen in green letters printed on the front collar, red sweatpants, Reebok tennis shoes, a ladies Rolex watch with a blue tinted face and a black Walkman radio. FOUL PLAY SUSPECTED. Her photo on the right is shown age progressed to 44 years. Crescent-shaped scar on knuckle of left ring finger with five stitch marks. Several stitch marks inside the top of her right ear. Bottom front tooth is chipped.

Her mother wrote a book about the case titled Where's My Tiffany?,  To date Tiffany Sessions has not been found and theirs over 150 exclusions for her in Namus.
