Todd Renard was last seen in Bellingham, WA at a friend's mobile trailer. Several days after Todd went missing, the trailer burned down with most of his belongings inside. His backpack was later found behind a building. He has numerous tattoos including: on his abdomen: Letters “Oregon State”, “Made in OR”, on his hands: letters “Portland” across tops of fingers and an umbrella under his right eye. Todd typically wears a baseball hat and has a piercing in his left cheek.
