Extensive searches of the park continued until the end of October 1976, but Trenny has never been located. She was a sophomore at Bearden High School at the time of her disappearance. Last seen wearing a blue blouse, a blue and white striped sweater, a borrowed brown plaid heavy jacket, blue jeans, blue Adidas shoes and a diamond and star sapphire ring.

One of sources that I have published on Trennys profile is the full case report of what happened. It is pretty rare to see these types of reports online even if it is redacted. Most of what I am seeing is the actual search itself, but it covers what looks to be several hundred pages worth of information. This might be a good learning tool for those who are interested in cold case research. Trennys case is likely an accident which I why I think were able to see it online.
