Tyler was transported by ambulance from private family owned property in Marion County, Alabama to NMMC in Tupelo, MS, where he was discharged around 3:30 pm on May 16, 2023 from the ER. His hospital discharge papers and clothes were found the next morning at his home in Tupelo, MS, but he was not there. He had not been seen since discharge. He did not have his phone or wallet at the hospital. His truck was left at the family property in Alabama, and his car at his Tupelo home remained parked. Ten days later, some personal items including truck keys and a burner phone with missing SIM card were found in a secluded wooded area on the Alabama property. A year later, his car was stolen from his Tupelo home and has not been located. His dog Percy, a blonde Lab/pit mix, is also missing.
