Wanda Perkins was reported missing from her residence near the intersection of 35th Street and 5th Avenue. On May 25, 2002, at about 6pm, husband reported seeing her enter a white "sporty" vehicle with a spoiler on the back. Since that time, she has not been seen or heard from. Her husband did not report her missing until 05-28-02 when her family said if he did not, that they would. She has scars on her left and right wrists, her left leg and her abdomen. She has a tattoo on her chest that says "Jack" and on her right Hand that says "R".
