Wes is a disabled veteran who served in the USMC for nearly 12 years. He has a three-year-old female black Great Dane named Lucy. Wes does not have a vehicle.

Recently, his place was left ransacked, and his gun was found missing from its holster on the sofa. He took nothing else from the apartment but his gun and his dog.

According to the property owners, who have known Wes for several years, he appeared distraught, acted strangely, and was shaking badly when they saw him last Monday. They recalled his last words were about his wife being the love of his life and their two children. He said we would never see him again and may be suffering from a mental health episode.
