William Hart was last seen on November 22, 2021 when he was taken by ambulance to East Liverpool City Hospital in East Liverpool, Ohio. The hospital notified Law Enforcement that William had left the hospital. William was later seen by East Liverpool Police on the highway where he jumped a fence and headed towards the riverbank. He has not been seen or heard from since. He was last seen wearing a white hat worn backwards and black "Snap On" brand hoodie. He walks with slight limp.
