William Inklebarger was last seen by his father on December 27, 2017, after his father paid for him to stay at the Inn of Knoxville from 12/27/17-01/27/18. The father also paid for minutes on the his cell phone. William did not call or respond to any messages left by his father after a few days. The father returned to the motel 3 times between 1/05/18 and 1/13/18 and noticed that the motel room was left in the same condition as it was the first day. He has several tattoos including a cross on his left forearm and has a scar on his right hand.
