Case Information
Father of three, his car was found crashed in Riverside with no sign of William. His girlfriend received a missed call from him at 3:52 a.m. on July 21st. His car was found along Barton Street and Santa Inez Way. The car had crashed into a pole, but not hard enough to deploy the airbags.
