Circumstances
Incomplete skeletal remains were discovered by three engineers who were surveying a sloped wooded property in a commercial/industrial area. The remains were found to be contained within a long sleeve shirt and pants. A Lloyd Nolan Hospital Ident-A-Band bracelet manufactured by Hollister, Inc. was found with the remains. It was determined that the bracelet was manufactured between 1966-1984 and was issued by Lloyd Nolan Hospital to a 40 year old black male. Lloyd Nolan Hospital has since closed in 2004 and was subsequently torn down in 2009. All attempts to identify the patient issued the bracelet failed.
