Circumstances
On March 1, 1952 the body of a newborn baby boy was found in the Vernal city dump near a gravel pile on the west end. The body was wrapped in layers of heavy brown paper that was partially burned away, however, no burning had taken place in the dump recently. The body itself was slightly burned on the back and right leg. There were no other marks on the body.
