Arkansas is extremely transparent when it comes to missing people, they have a public missing person database and actively use NamUs. They must submit all missing and unidentified persons cases into NamUs within 30 days including, if available, fingerprints, dental records, descriptions, radiology images, DNA, medical data, and identifying data including date and place of death.
